Sinton ISD STEM Academy Mission
The mission of the T-STEM Academy is to provide a rigorous, well-rounded, education with outstanding science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) instruction. The academy will graduate students who are prepared to pursue postsecondary level coursework and careers in STEM and to act as demonstration sites to inform best practice in STEM teaching and learning.

1. Ensure safe schools for all students and enforce student code of conduct throughout all Sinton campuses.
2. Achieve exemplary status on AEIS; meet AYP and PBMAS standards; eliminate performance gap among subgroups an ensure that all students reach their full potential.
3. Provide professional development opportunities for staff and create an environment that values staff and maximizes student achievement.
4. Maintain and follow a comprehensive plan that ensures the prudent use of all resources.
